Founder & Vision Bearer
The Founder & Vision Bearer provides the strategic vision and long-term direction of the organization. This role inspires the mission of NA-HOM, champions its values, and guides the organization’s continued growth and sustainability.
Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the organization. The office oversees programme implementation, resource mobilization, strategic partnerships, organizational development, and day-to-day operations while ensuring that NA-HOM remains focused on achieving its mission and strategic objectives.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides governance oversight, policy direction, and strategic guidance. The Board ensures that the organization operates with integrity, transparency, accountability, and sound financial management while safeguarding the interests of beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders.
The Board is responsible for:
