Dr. Speciouza Birungi is the Executive Director and Founder of Never Alone Haven of Mercy (NA-HOM), providing strategic leadership and guiding the organization’s vision of restoring dignity, inspiring hope and transforming lives through compassion and community service.
Driven by a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable children and elderly persons, Dr. Birungi leads initiatives that promote access to education, compassionate elderly care, community empowerment and sustainable partnerships. She is passionate about creating opportunities that improve the wellbeing of underserved communities while fostering a culture of kindness, inclusion and social responsibility.
As Executive Director, she oversees the organization’s strategic direction, programme development, stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization and governance, ensuring that NA-HOM remains focused on delivering meaningful and lasting impact. Under her leadership, the organization continues to build strong collaborations with communities, volunteers, partners, and supporters who share its mission of creating hope and improving lives across Uganda.
