Dr. Charlotte Kabaseke serves as the General Secretary and Legal Advisor of Never Alone Haven of Mercy (NA-HOM), providing administrative leadership, governance oversight, and legal guidance to support the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability.
In her dual role, Dr. Kabaseke is responsible for coordinating the organization’s governance processes, maintaining official records, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. She plays a key role in supporting the Board and Executive Leadership in implementing policies, strengthening institutional accountability, and promoting good governance.
Passionate about social justice, community development, and compassionate service, Dr. Kabaseke is committed to advancing initiatives that improve the lives of vulnerable children, support elderly persons, and empower communities. Through her leadership and legal expertise, she contributes to building a transparent, accountable, and impactful organization dedicated to restoring dignity and inspiring hope across Uganda.
